DSL outage - CLEARED

(1549) We are currently experiencing an outage on one of our interconnect links with BT Wholesale at Telehouse East, which is affecting some of our DSL customers. We are currently working with BT to restore service as soon as possible. 
Update (1609): The power for one of BT's racks had tripped and, unusually, tripped the master switch. Telehouse engineers are working to restore power.
Update (1612): Power has now been restored and BT are restoring service connectivity sequentially. We will advise as soon as possible when all services have been restored.
Update (1620): Our link has been re-established and service has been restored.

Updated Anti-Virus systems

ClamAV anti-virus systems successfully upgraded to v0.93.1 on all hosting servers.

New Anti-Virus Systems

Maintenance Window: 3-Feb-08 2300 - 2330 (GMT)

Activity: Migration of Anti-Virus systems to ClamAV of all Linux based mail servers and Plesk hosting systems.

Expected outage: 10-15 mins

Report: ClamAV has been successfully installed on all Linux mail and Plesk hosting servers.
